Courses Offered - Bachelor of Science - Computer Science (B.Sc. C.S.)

Intake Capacity: 60 Students

Eligibility :

Candidate shall have passed H.S.C. examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with Mathematics as-one of the subject and have secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate.

Duration of the Course:
This Course shall be a full time course. The duration of the course will be 3 years.

Section II : Introduction to Microprocessors & Computer Architecture Section II : Algorithms and Programming in C.
And two other subjects from Science Group and F.C.I offered at F.Y.B.Sc.

 

Second Year

Section I : Discrete Mathematics Section I : C++ and Java
Section II : Computer Graphics-I Section II : Data Structures
 
Paper III
Section I : GUI and Visual Basic  
Section II : Database Management  
And one other subject from Science group and F.C. II offered at S.Y. B.Sc. 

 

Third Year

The combination of subjects at the B.Sc. (Computer Science) will be decided by the college.

 

Scheme of Evaluation:

  1. First & Second Year
    Theory : 60 marks / paper – Internal examination.
    Practical : 40 marks / internal assessment.
  2. Third Year
    Theory : 100 marks / paper – University examination.
    Practical : 50 marks / internal assessment.

At T.Y.B.Sc. (CS) Applied Component subject papers are of 60 theory marks and 40 practical marks each.
